While I still be waiting to hear if any of you hull-beaters hobbled away with video from PiratePalooza™ 2008 with video of the cursed pubcrawl/concert, I have some intriguing new video of them dumpster-diving bastards, the cardboard troopers, what always be chasing me and me crew. As best I can tell, it seems those loons infiltrated some sort of girlie show for a fellow in a top hat. Perhaps this will make more sense to you lot.

Devoted sci-fi fan/collector “SexyBeast2175″ alerted us to this fantastic video he shot at Trader Vic’s in the basement of the downtown Atlanta Hilton. It features a solitary cardboard trooper getting groovy to Big Mike Geier of Tongo Hiti singing the lyrics of The Who’s “Pinball Wizard” to the tune of Johnny Cash’s “Folsom Prison Blues”. Check out that hot blonde!

What better way to celebrate the imminent arrival of PiratePalooza™ 2007 than the release of the final incoherent episode of this year’s season of PiratePalooza: The Adventure Series?!! The plot as best we can make it out: Having narrowly escaped the clutches of the nefarious cardboard troopers, Captain Drew, Chewie and Gordo have one final adventure with the Dairy Wench. One word: Nibbles.

Last month we sent our production assistant (Cabinboy Jimmy) down to the Georgia Renaissance Festival, armed with a video camera, a normal telephone receiver, and instructions to gather reactions from the denizens of Newcastle about the pending announcement of the rPhone. All in all, Jimmy did a marvelous job and captured reactions from a good cross-section of the populace, snippets of which were cut into the final commercial. However, one interview stood out, nose and whiskers, above the others and we’d like to provide it to you today in its entirety. Without further adieu, please enjoy meeting The Ratcatcher and Mr. Shuffles….
